We created our Soccer Resilience Program 
to help youth, college and professional players’ build resilience to setbacks and adversity and reach their potential on the field and in life.  Combining Wells’ experiences of playing and winning on the biggest stages of the MLS with Dr. Miller’s clinical knowledge, we understand the specific skills and tools needed to enable players to strengthen their mental toughness and resilience. 

Through uniquely tailored team, coach and club workshops, we help players learn how to develop the mentality that’s crucial for growth and improvement.  We know the ups and downs players go through and have developed a road map for players to learn The Four Pillars of Soccer Resilience:

  • Take control of performance anxiety and stress 
  • Develop purpose for the game 
  • Persevere in the face of adversity
  • Enhance performance 

Our Soccer Resilience workshops provide players with a wealth of knowledge and expertise from a former MLS player and a clinical psychologist.  With the Covid-19 pandemic, now, more than ever, players need support in strengthening their mental toughness on the pitch and in life.  We look forward to helping you and your team learn tools to grow.
